Dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, gerbils, rats, mice, chinchillas,chipmunks, parrots, budgies, hens, ducks, geese, horses, sheep, cattle, goats, pigs, tortoise, indoor and outdoor fish, hedgehogs.
This is not a definative list, but a good example of the range pets we can cover, if your animal is not listed please get in touch as we cannot list them all. I am sure we will be able to help you.
Why Use KFSH?
KFSH pet and house sitting offers an affordable live-in or visiting service to enable you to take holidays, business trips or special days out without taking risks or worrying about your home and pets. Our friendly, personal service is easy to use and we believe, far better and more effective than any alarm sytem or the nicest neighbour who is probably busy as well. We are a family run business and have many years experience with various types of animals from hamsters to horses.
Your pets will be looked after as if they were our own and kept in their normal surroundings and routine as best as possible, therefore they will be less stressed, will remain far happier and should not suffer any additional problems you may have when moving them or placing them in unfamilar surroundings.
Not only are your pets being looked after but your property is also being visited several times (or 24 Hours if house sitting) so it won't look empty and unused. This will hopefully deter any opertunist burglars and should anything unexpected happen it can be dealt with quickly to prevent further loss or damage.
For larger animals such as horses we offer the following type of services - turn out/bringing in, mucking out, skipping out, bedding down, feeding and water, haynets, rug changes, basic grooming and field checks.
Should a problem arise or you need to move your horse (or other animals) from your home or livery yard while you go away, we have the option of offering a space on our smallholding - we do not run a livery business but have our own horses and are normally able to offer a space at short notice or for one night stops which most livery yards are not able to do..
So whether it is your cat needing a feed, your dog being walked and fed, to caged animals being fed, watered and cleaned out, your horse being cared for or someone to watch over your property we can provide the service to you.
It can be for a business trip, taking pets to the vets, days out to occasions such as weddings, weekends away or you main holidays for 1, 2, 3 weeks or more.
We will visit you before your trip to log and discuss all of your requirements and finalise all of the details required during our time in looking after your pets and /or property. You are also more than welcome to visit us, see our animals and ask any questions that you may have.
